Embassy Glyndŵr staff member Gethin ap Gruffydd has been carrying out a campaign entitled "I'r Gad" for the last ten years in order to draw attention to the fact that, unlike England, Scotland and Ireland, Cymru has not got a Battlefield Register. As well as providing information in regards to the locations of many important 'battle sites' in Welsh history on his "I'r Gad" blog, Gethin has travelled to the many Owain Glyndŵr 'battle site' locations throughout Wales with 'Tarian Glyndŵr' (another department within Embassy Glyndŵr) to symbolically register these sites in the name of Cenedl Glyndŵr) The registration work being carried out at these 'battle sites' by 'Tarian Glyndŵr' is 'strictly' symbolic and for publicity purposes in regards to the sites of course, with photos of the registrations being posted on this and the "I'r Gad" blog - which is always sent on to the relevant 'Cadw' ...
